Iv been browsing this forum for a while now but only just registered so hi

There was a big incoming storm the other day so had my phantom 2 in the car ready to fly so set it up and took few shots had to be quick *** didint want to get caught in it

Gutsy flight! I've been in such storms in the American High Plains and sure wouldn't have wanted my Phantom in the air in one of them.

The updaft is the danger, it will pick up a phantom like a paper bag if you catch the up draft side of the storm .
