IMU Calibration

So I decided to update firmware from 3 to 3.04.
I also doing an advance calibration at the moment, but it takes long time, it should finish in 10 min but I am now to 18 minutes. Should I worried?
My values are compass:
X=3~8 Y=67~71 Z=273~281 and mod 1293~1311

When I've done them they usually take 3-5 minutes.

Someone the other day eventually stopped it and rebooted everything, including PC.
I have seen it very slow halfway through then go fast at the end.
I'd think 30 minutes max really.
