Image Transmission Settings - Reception

    Hi All,
    I have only just received my P3P and had just a few flights. I have a couple of issues with very laggy video feed and losing connection with the aircraft. The area I fly in has no interference issues and it makes no difference to image even if I am really close to it when viewing video. The screen shot shows the issue take no notice of the channel set as we use auto and its the same.

    Another issue is in General/About we get "unknown" when trying to see the firmware versions, we did upgrade to the latest before our first flight but cant see the current version via the app.

    Any assistance welcomed please I chatted with DJI online and frankly I may as well been speaking to Matt Damon on Mars :) image2.PNG

    This is a common problem when the mobile device being used is not setup to run efficiently. Try these tips.
