I'm too thinking of leaving due to censorship

I'm on the 300+ post, I like to think I have contributed more to solving other pilots problems, than cause them.

I my world there are 3 kinds of people:

Those who help me
Those don't stand in my way
Those who actively try to stop me from helping others

Lately my posts have been moved, locked and some even have mysteriously disappeared. If phantompilots.com are going to actively stand in my way of helping people, I see no reason to stay. People come to phantompilots.com to seek solutions to various problems, and in the process see the advertisements of the sponsors. Without active users, phantompilots.com WILL lose its funding.

Yes, I know this post too will be locked or moved due to censorship. What happend to phantompilots.com?

In fairness I got a prompt and very nice response for a mod when I raised this last wek and I have personally seen a change for the better. There are some good guys running pp.com I'm happy since I brought up my concerns. I saw your topic being locked the other day and I must say I was disappointed because it was what I thought to be a new topic on a new product which you very kindly offered for free and I think it was deserving of a post of its own. I'm with you DKDarkness, if it keeps up I'm off too. I like helping people, I do my fair share of flaming like a lot of us but I wont put up with censorship. I think this post needs to be taken seriously because it's one person doing the same thing. It shouldnt be run like that.

I firmly believe that if DK's post was deleted or locked it was a mistake or a miscommunication of some sort. DK... Please PM me with the specifics and I'll look into this for you.

I guarantee you that there are no mods on PP that are actively shutting down posts arbitrarily... This has to be a simple SNAFU...

Yeah... it was a simple mistake that could happen to anyone. Someone thought your Motor Pixie 2-axis and 3-axis posts were the same topics. I've unlocked that topic and we should be good to go. Sorry for the misunderstanding, but these things do happen. There's a lot of ground to cover out here...

And I agree.. DK's much too valuable an asset on PP to do without...

Not to beat a dead horse but if someone is having an issue with the mods.... should they not just send a message to the mods first to discuss this issue? I mean rather then make it appear that there is more to the "issue" and the only way is to leave the forum. In this case we went from accidentally thinking two posts were relayed to unfounded locks, censorship, loss of sponsorship, etc. Perhaps a simple, "Hey, what is going on?" PM would have been better.
