How to "Reconfigure All Parameters"?

"Make sure to reconfigure all parameters in the assistant software after upgrading firmware, since V3.16 upgrade will reset all parameters."

Could someone please tell me how to do this. I suspect it means I need to recalibrate the IMU and the compass. What else do I need to do?

Generally it just means to re-apply any settings changes you had made before the upgrade...gains adjustments, voltage warning levels, altitude/range limits, etc. And yes, the compass and IMU calibration should be done as well.
