how to create a quick & easy gimbal lock for your p2v+

So, the gimbal lock that comes with the phantom is annoying to put on and take off. I feel like im going to scratch it up or rip the ribbon cable if i don't do it properly.

So, i just was thinking and made a cheap alternative to the gimbal lock that is much easier to use and i don't have to worry about breaking my gimbal and camera with it.

Just to over complicate your Idea, I think I may try yours ,but, I will have it go to both legs. In an upsidedown V shape and maybe us a little velcro.

Keep in mind that only super glue will keep the hold well between the zip tie and plastic lens protector

That is exactly what I ended up doing. Much more stable now. It's perfect.
