How to balance p3 propellers

Hi guys. I was reading some topics and some of you mention that there is a way to balance the props. Does anybody knows anything about that? Thnx

Pick up a good prop balancer and balance the props like this:

 
I'm still waiting for at least one set of props to be spot on. Mine were all close, but not spot on.

Is it very crucial thing, to balance the props?
Considering that most of my props were fairly balanced out of the box, I wouldn't say it's crucial if you're using DJI props. It's a good idea though.

Having balanced props is good for the following reasons.
1. Steady video
2. reduce wear and tear on the motors.
You balance the tires on you car don't you? It may not seem like much, but tires are pounds and they use ounces to balance the tires for a smooth ride. The same goes for your props.
