How to attach 'Remove before flight' keychain

I got one of the red 'Remove before flight' keychain tags that some people attach to the gimbal lock as a reminder to remove it before flight. How do you attach it? I don't see anything where I could attach it to on the stock gimbal lock piece. Would I drill a hole near the edge and use that?

But when I use the one that came with the phantom I drilled a small hole in the corner at the front.

Use a power drill and drill a hole where you think fits and works best for you. I also put a reminder sticker on my drone to remind me not to put the battery in until I take off the gimbal clamp.

I have the same lock but the key ring fit over the plastic neck. So no drilling.

Hi all, this is my home made tag.Using red ribbon tighten to the stock gimbal lock. Cheap and easy to make.
