All clients nearly are interested in taking close-up shots of objects or running people at races... How do you manage such shots?

You want to use a drone with spinning blades of death and WIDE ANGLE lens to capture people's faces while they run towards you?
Sounds like nothing could possible go wrong... You may just want to buy a DSLR and a telephoto lens and if they want the shot from up high, get a ladder or a scissor lift. (I shot races for years!)

You don't. Wrong equipment. Close ups like that are not for drones. Dolly shot, Ronin or as mentioned a scissor lift is a good idea.
