How do you format SD card in P3A?

I know I have seen some clear instructions here before, but I can't find them now. My bird doesn't like any of my SD cards for some reason, and I get 30 second videos or none at all. I read here that you have to format the card in the P3, but I am not certain as to how that is done.

In the camera settings menu, tap on the spanner icon and format card is bottom of the list.

I think I read here that you should keep a copy of the Bin file on the card, so maybe do that after a format.

You can use the lightbridge cord and plug directly into your p3 via the gimble to PC USB if you want to access your SD card. Thats how I access the storage, that is how I upgraded firmware. Once your able to access the drive D:\ E:\ ect whatever it may be, you can format it from your computer. Just make sure after the format to download the firmware update or before you formate take the folder out and save it. Once formatted replace all files.
