How do I stop the emails??

Hey all!! Ok, so I don't mind the alerts when I'm logged in to show me what threads have been replied too, but how do I stop getting an email every time someone replies to a thread I've posted in? I've clicked the "unsubscribe" stuff at the bottom of the emails but I still get them?

Im having an issue here too...I still want to receive an alert on the site when someone comments or something BUT I just dont want to get an email each time....I dont see in alert preferences where to disable emails...thanks
