How do I "down grade" my P2 with H3 - 3D ?

Hi, I´m sorry if this have been asked before but I need some help.

I had the 3.2 firmware on my P2 and did the misstake and updated my Zenmuse H3 - 3D, got a lot of problems and had to update a lot to get it working. But I still have problems. How can I "down grade" the P2 to 3.2 and my controler to 1.1 again and make it work like it used to do?

I tried the Search function but I couldn´t find it. English isn´t my native language, so maybe I didn´t used the right words in my search.

I got it to work and I will just use it as it is, but I won´t update to 3.6.
