Horizon FPV antennas... Advice?

I feel in need of great improvement to my FPV set up as I'm very disappointed with my current capabilities. Can anyone share their experience, tips, opinion and advice?

I've been considering the products from HorizonFPVantennas.

I have;
Phantom 2.
ImmersionRC 600mW TX.
Currently using stock antennas.
Black Pearl FPV monitor.

I would first make sure everything you have is right now is rock solid and that your current disappointment is due to what you'd expect with your current setup and not due to some weakness or malfunction.

Thanks Marknmd. Good tip. I get an image but there is a fair bit of breakup. Do you have tips on how to test it?

You should get the stock range which is 1000 feet right? That's the test.

Once you pass that test, I suggest you go to this forum: Phantom 2 Vision + Mods

...and read some of the seasoned threads in there such as the ITELITE owners thread.
