Hi there, I'm fairly new to flying, got myself a Phantom 3 Professional and done about 5 successful flights and loving it

Main thing: Sometimes when the drone starts up and says "home point set, check it on the map" there is no H beacon on the map (see pics) and sometimes there is. Unfortunately I cant remember the exact circumstances of when it did and didn't work, Ive checked it once and even without the H on the map it landed at the theoretical home point.
At least one time when I launched there has been a large (~= 50m radius green shaded circle near take off point, I don't know what this is my best thought is the range limiting zone, but it wasn't centered about home on the map.
1: any reasons H wouldnt appear on the map?
2: what else could the green circle be?
3: can you draw on phones (guide lines)?
(dji log seems to show the point im at as the home point, didnt show at the time which is a bit worrying)
^This pic the Home point showed as usual.
Another little question, Ive seen people drawing on their maps, Is this only available on large screen devices and not Sony Xperia Z3?
