Hello Pilots, Just got my self a Dji phantom 4 and a Samsung 360 Camera. I Live in the east end of London and work as a graphic designer.
Ive always been fascinated by drones, model aircrafts, toys, electronics and all things robotic.
My name is King , Im from Edo State and I love travelling.
I stumbled on this forum while just doing some random searches of drone flights in Africa. I must say its made my day and I look forward to shearing my travel experience and knowledge with fellow pilots.

Welcome to the forum and the addiction er hobby :)

Thanks BigA107, looking at your credentials I feel so amateur. Its an expensive hobby out here in the UK, and with so much government regulations its getting harder finding locations to improve my flying skills.
cant wait to get to Africa on holiday and unleash the full potential of my phantom 4

I've been doing this a few years now but I'm still learning each and every day and I genuinely try to give back to this community when I can. I was also a beginner (we all start at ground ZERO and go up from there) and some amazing people were kind and generous enough to take me under their wing (one passed away just last week actually ). Those first mentors made me who I am today and had a huge impact into me being able to do something like this for $$$. I've been lucky to have been around aviation my whole life and have a wife who supports my habits (er hobbies) and we enjoy a lucrative business related to UAS operations.

The beauty of the Phantom line is that once you have all support equipment (tablet, extra batteries etc) you really don't have to spend much more $$ on them. I've found the less I "tinker" the better the overall product is.

Stick with it and by all means ENJOY each and every flight. It just gets better and better!!
Safe flights :)
