After the fact... healthydrones.com can use the tilt of the Phantom to give a good idea of the wind speed.

Not that you would ever be flying at the available elevations, Windyty, wind forecast is cool to mess around with.

Globalair.com look for aviation weather. Specifically winds aloft. If you search anything with the words winds aloft you'll get good info.
