Hi all.........question: can i use SAmsung Gear VR goggles to fly my Phantom 4 pro and how?

VR goggles cannot be used with DJI GO since it does not have a VR mode. They can be used with some 3rd party DJI GO alternatives like Litchi and FPV Camera.

You cannot use Gear VR + P4 with any app unless you mod or bypass the USB connector on the GVR.
The GVR locks the phone in HOST mode and as such, the RC (also in host mode) cannot communicate with the phone when utilizing the type-c connector on the bottom of the GVR (2016/2017) models. If the RC could somehow be made to operate in peripheral mode (or supported OTG) it would work.
So with the mods that are required, essentially you are turning the GVR into static VR goggles. Might be just as effective to go out and buy a $19 headset with split lenses and adjustable focus.
