Drone came within just 30 METRES of crashing into Boeing 737 6,000ft above East Midlands Airport

A DRONE came just 30 metres from colliding with a passenger plane as it came in to land during bad weather.

Report states that the runway was flooded.

So.. a drone at 6000 in the rain. Yeah.

Maybe it was a friend of mine. We passed each other at 10200ft. He was flashing past like Captain Kirk in the star ship Enterprise.
