Help with tablet holder

Greetings from Tucson AZ

Just got my P4 about 1/2 hr ago and I haven't figured out how to raise the holder. I push in the little tab on the top right but I can't pull the top up? Any ideas? I don't want to break it.

Thank you. I did that but nada! Is it a ratchet or just a friction lock. I would think it would come up easily. I want to use my iPad so I hope it fits.

One of mine is hard to push it's got teeth on the right side.

WOW Video and everything. It looks like it comes up on it own. I can't pull it up at all. The button is kind of soft, like maybe it's to hooked to anything.

My guess is it's pushed down so far the teeth that lock it are not getting released. So it can raise. Try pshing down and then up with the side button pressed

Make sure the tapes are off the sensors on the Phantom as well. The block behind the gimbal can be missed by us old ones too.
