Help with my Phantom

I have problem with my phantom. When I start Phantom flashes green 2x and 3x red. And again and again. And nothing works. When you release the DJI Naza ASSISTANT, then no problem.

I get the same thing also, it just takes some time for the Phantom to get ready. Sometimes as long as 3 minutes. I have to ask, have you seen the DJI videos...........completely and more than once. Watch the first 5 videos and read the manual from start to finish. If this continues, you will need to calibrate. What does, "When you release the DJI Naza ASSISTANT, then no problem." mean.
