Hi all
i have just installed new firmware (what a oain in the xxx)
and find the funtion where you hold both sticks down and in to shut off the bird no longer works??/any ideas how to fix

You should never use CSC to shut down the aircraft. This can cause the AC to flip over. Use CSC to start the motors only. Always use the left stick fully down to shut down the AC.

In a recent firmware update, DJI modified the CSC feature so the sticks must be held in the CSC position for 3 seconds in order to stop the motors. You can see that in the release notes here:
