Help with charging my phantom battery.

Hello,
I am new to the dji phantom and how to charge it and all. I have had my battery on the charger for about over an hour and the red light is blinking back and forth from Cell Equalizer 15 and charge status. I have heard it only takes about and hour and a half. Is this suppose to happen or am I doing something wrong? Please help me.

No it's not supposed to happen. Check you have it set to lipo and not LiFe

Yes. It's all set correctly.

Ok you need to check the voltage of each of your cells and let me know what voltages they all read
