Help with 5200 vision battery and standard charger

Help! I have the Phantom 2 Vision, 5200 battery and stock charger. I have only charged it once. The phone tells me that I have 86% battery left. I wanted to fully charge it for an upcoming trip, but when I plug the battery into the charger, non of the lights on the battery come on. The light on the charger does, but not the battery. Is this normal? Does it have to get down to a certain level before I can recharge?

Its normal... You have to get lower than 75% to fully charge it again...

Thanks for the reply. I will check that out when my level gets lower, but I may have found out something. I was expecting that when I plugged the battery in, that it would start charging, which prompted my question. Since then, I have found that I had to turn the battery on to force it to charge.

I think that's right. If it's under 75%, it will start charging automatically. If it's over 75%, you need to force it charge by pressing once and then holding down the button.
