Hi everyone, lately I've been contacted by a few potential customers who wish to license some of my footage that I have on my YouTube channel. YES, I have my Part 107 certification. I've been doing real estate videos, and have had a good price point set for that service, but I'm not sure how to go about pricing out a license for footage I have already done.

For example:

A production company who is serving a local business, wants two 4 second clips from a video I made to show off the city. They want unlimited use, perpetual license to the 8 seconds of total footage. I don't want to undersell myself here, but I also recognize that these shots aren't 100% unique or difficult to get from somebody else (though I am proud of my work and style!).

If you were in my shoes, what do you think you would charge? Do you have a per-second rate with a licensing multiplier? Ball-park figures are welcome. Thanks!
