HELP! Phantom 3 4K will not link to R/C

Please help! I recently purchased a Phantom 3 4K (it came without a remote or battery charger so I ordered both and have them currently).... I've been running in circles trying to get the new R/C to link to the A/C and have had no success!

After following the "How to connect" in the DJI Go App the remote automatically switches the equipment selection to the Phantom 4 before making the "Camera" button selectable.

The Phantom 3 4K also doesn't show any wifi to connect to and I've tried both manually linking the R/C to the aircraft as well as through the app but both just time out!!!

I've also tried updating firmware on both with no effect at all....

Can someone PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE AS IM BECOMING EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH THESE ISSUES and just want to get flying again!!!

You've posted in the wrong forum mate, this is pro and advanced section, have you googled for the answer or searched YouTube, usually lots of help on there.

Ya I posted in both forums because I'm desperate for some help! I've tried google and it just keeps sending me in circles!
