help p3p ? p4

I have a p3p the 3rd week of Aug. everything worked fine on the 27th I up-dated my dji app on my ipad now when I try to fly, it says I have a p4 and beeps at me I change it back to p3p on drop down do my start up and boom it changes back to p4 . I did the online chat with dji and was told to reset my factory setting on ipad and download app again ok I go with the flow and same thing it changes and says I have a p4 any help on this please starting to get really frustrated

It will show P4 if RC is not connected to P3.

Best way to overcome could be follow these sequences:

Keep all switched off >>>> Switch on RC >>>>Switch on AC and wait for green LED on RC >>>Switch on DJI GO App with USB connection to RC

If Led on RC doesn't turn green, you have other issue.

Go ahead and see what happens next
