Help on iPad mini 4 G

Hello,

I'm looking to purchase a used iPad mini with 4 G and have noticed that some are selling on eBay WITHOUT SIM CARDS. Would this have any bearing on the GPS capabilities needed for the Phantom 3 STANDARD?

Any help is appreciated

Nope. You just need a cellular model in order to use GPS.

and make sure its at least an iPad Mini 2. The original one won't work.
