HELP! New P4P prop holders on P4????

Can we install the new P4P prop holders on the P4? The new ones are actual springs as opposed to the inferior metal ones on the P4 that can get fatigued. Anyone try it?

I looked at prop guards for P4 on the dji site and discovered that if they are installed on the P4 you lose an important function.
