HELP Needed - Phantom 3 Advanced

I just got my DJI phantom 3. Did the pull down on both joystick and bring them inside but motor does not start. however the left joystick moves the gimbel. Do i have to reset something? Please help

Try calibrating the remote controller in the DJI Pilot app.
