Help Needed in Palm Coast Florida

I am a brand new owner of a Phantom 3 Professional. Before I could even fly it, I was prompted to upgrade the controller. Now I just receive "RC" error. I have watched how to fix it, but is over my head. Is there anyone that does service work close to me? Thanks so much!

Did you try downgrading the remote controller firmware like this? It's a very simple procedure when it works.
