Help needed: DJI GO app auto updated and camera will not record

As the title says, my DJI GO app updated and while I can fly without any problems, for some reason it is not allowing me to record video in either Manual or Auto Exposure modes. What I get is an error message stating the ambient light is insufficient. There is a crazy lightning storm offshore that I want to record. Help!

Have you tried to use the camera reset option in camera settings? (Both RC and P4 up and running and connected)
