Help my Windows computer

All i can do is complain and ask here here,i don't know what my son did to my pc,cause i can not use it,even the login password is not accepted,my computer is now in a closed and locked state .
I now have to use my sister's computer to find hope .
Telling me what to do for it.

I’m not sure about Windows but with Macs, you can start from the System Installer disk and use the Disk Utilities to re-set the password.

Maybe someone can confirm the Windows process.

You don't say just what version you are running but this might help you if not just do a YT search on her PC and bet you can figure it out .

Sure,you are able to do as they say,the cd.dvd and USB can be used to make a Windows installtion disk.
Here is what did for unlocking the locked computer (only works on Windows 10)
