HELP! cannot calibrate mc to phantom and throttle t at -1000

i uploaded the driver installer, dji assistant & rc. i was able to connect to rc & calibrated the mc. i may have connected to dji assistant bcuz the 2 lights located in the lower left corner were lit AND all the throttles were at "0", except throttle t which indicated -1000. however when i rotated both controls the indicators do not move.

i was flying yesterday without incident & all of a sudden this occurs. i found a video online instructing me on calibrating both the mc & the mc to the phantom. i'm 1/2 way there but now i'm stuck.

I to have problems with calibration, slight accident that scorched the speed controller to one of the motors. I replaced this but no matter what I try I have 2 solid red red lights indicating no calibration. Double checked the connector to the top section that was removed to change the parts required and seemed to be fine. Need help!! please
