hellp fc40 If i give full throttle for about 5 secs, it continues to give full throttle

Help needed urgently I have a problem with my fc40 I done a firmware update and case change now I have a problem with flying when I go up and let go of the sticks it just keeps going up like full Throttle it's very unstable done a calibration an advance calibration transmitter calibration and its just out of control put it into GPS it's like full manual mode has anybody had this issue is it a software issue I don't want to take it out again as it's trying to fly away also keeps trying to go left on its self pls hellp pls

Just to let people know it was the compass on the wrong leg what caused it to fly away and act erratically
