Height limited to 30m in city

I was doing a job at the beginning of the week and both the P4P and Inspire Pro were limited to 30m it was not a non fly zone but GPS was very weak only 8 satellites.

Any suggestions ?

The explanation is on p53 of the manual:

Height is restricted to 26 feet(8 meters) when the GPS signal is weak and Vision Positioning is activated.
Height is restricted to 98 feet (30 meters) when the GPS signal is weak and Vision Positioning is inactivated.​

If you had tall buildings blocking some of the skyview, that would reduce the number of satellites visible.
Your drone needs 6 of either GPS or Glonass sats to get a good fix.
With only 8 sats, it's likely that you didn't have 6 of one or the other and as a result would have been in atti mode.

It did say I was in GPS mode and was green, it definitely on the lowest limit
