HDMI output settings from Phantom 4 P4P controller

We had our drone working and outputting a 25p 1080 signal out to our live screen. After turning the drone off and on we are now only able to select 50p or 60p output settings. How can we get our 25p back. It's just disappeared from our output options. Can someone please explain how to get it back? Or a reason why this might be happening. Tried a factory reset and have done all updates
