HDMI Module Retrofit Part 54

I recently ordered a HDMI Module for my P3A. The part is incompatible with the existing module. The new board is a different dimension than than the stock Vision Positioning board. The VPS should have 3 mounting screws at the same dimension as the new HDMI. It does not. And the plugs that need swapping are in completely different positions than what I observed in the tutorial. I bought my P3A July 2015. Was I sent the wrong part? Or has something changed since last summer.The box that was shipped is Spare Part No.54 HDMI Output Module Pro/Adv. Anyone experience the same thing?

HDMI module should be replaced with existing module on RC and not on VPS.
