HD downlink no longer selectable 2.4/5.8 in Go v4.0.1??!

What the heck?

You can no longer manually select between 2.4 and 5.8 on the new Go 4 app - v4.0.1

Are they taking this option away from us?

Mine still works, but it resets to "auto" every time I shut it down.

I posted my findings on that thread too, but will add here too.... even after up/downgrading the firmware, no change.... only after removing the new app version 4.0.1 and going back to the original version 4.0.0 did I get the ability to select the 2.4 or 5.8...
