Have to turn tablet off and on

I have to turn tablet off and on for dji app to work. Just started doing this. Any ideas
Do I need to reset something?

As much additional information as you can provide will get you better results faster.
Are you saying that the app just doesn't load on your device, or it does load, but you cannot see your Phantom?
