Lately I've staryed flying from my boat on calm days. So far I've had great success with takeoff/landing etc, but I can't see anything of value on my tablet, a huawei 8.4. I essentially have no shade to retreat to on the boat so I need to change something.
I've wanted the crystalsky UB for quite a while, especially doing the majority of my flying in Florida.
Are the bugs worked out of this device yet? I understand many had the backlight fry after just a few hours of use. However I've also read the new version 2 addressed this issue.
At roughly $1200 with a mount and taxes I would rather hear some good news before the purchase.
