Hardware decoding w/ Android ???

To reduce screen lag and flicker DJI home base suggests that we activate “hardware decoding” on our phones / pads in order to reduce demands on the mobile device’s CPU and reduce heat. They say to do that through the DJI Pilot app. I am using an android / Samsung Note -3. Nowhere can I find out WHERE to do that !!! Duhhhhhhh …

Maybe it’s only for Ios ???

ios only. Android apps manage this on their own, and the android pilot app has it enabled already.
