Im excited to announce that my PV+ got repair everything under warranty. DJI repair center was really fast this time, I sent my phantom in last October, and got checked in October 8, today i got an email said my phantom was repaired and ready to ship back (that exactly 1 month as promised). Im really excited there were no charge involved :)

My phantom was involved in a crash of Vortex Ring State, gimbals bent and cable was ripped.
 
yes i will do. Got back my Phantom before Holiday seasons is the best, I need it to do some shots ;)

Could you explain that in a little more detail? What mode were you flying in?
 
angelabove, are VRSs crashes covered under DJI's warranty? Or was there something wrong with your Phantom that caused it to crash? I'm just curious because I assumed a VRS crash would be due to operator error.
 
i think my phantom was lost control and i cant gain back.and hit the tree. While it happen i saw my phantom was doing somet crazy dance up in the sky.
