I've sent my P3P in to DJI repair Cerritoes CA. for a hairline crack on the arm under one motor..
Hoping for this to be one of the positive reads on this matter..
1. July 18th contacted DJI chat. 2 times(total 10 minutes) #1 wanted a picture & #2 said start online repair form. #2 wins
2. Received UPS label within 5 minutes..
3. Packaged & Shipped P3P only July 19th
4. P3P received at repair facility per DJI thru email contact. July 25th 7 days.
5 Gotta check back within 1-2 days for repair status..( fingers crossed & holding my breath now)
