H3-3D isn't horizontal

I had a hard landing. Therefore I have a problem with H3-3D now. If I turn the P2 90 degrees, gimbal is not horizontal immediately but after a few seconds. I have tried to do advanced calibration over 5 times and updated the firmware but they didn't help. Here's a video. What can I do?

Your last option would be reflashing the gimbal by shorting it with scissors. I don't have the link (as im at work), but its on youtube.

I highly doubt it would fix it because you mentioned it has been in a crash. Its worth trying though.
