Hi - When I installed the H3 3D I noticed there was some misalignment/discrepancy with the FPV view and the direction of travel of the Phantom. In other words when I traveled forward the Go Pro wasn't facing the direction of travel.

Assuming the Phantomm2 travels forward correctly, the Go Po was pointing to the left making video virtually impossible as when I went forward the video looked like it was crabbing sideways.

The error was minor initially but it is getting worse the more I use it.

Some how I need to tell the Zenmuse which way is forward, can this be fixed with a calibration of some sort ?

I have found this can be corrected by aligning the Phantom with magnetic north before start up.

Never heard about doing that. Is it easy to do?

just search the forum, there's plenty of posts about it. As for alignment? If you've got a smartphone, download a compass app for it and then use that to point north. Then align the skids with North/South making sure the battery compartment is facing south. Hopefully, this will work for you.
