So thinking of some things before I purchase. Wondering how ground station handles turns. Let's say I set a square flight plan with 4 waypoints......how smooth are the turns? Are they rounded out with a gentle turn to make for smooth video or more abrupt where the drone gets to that point, stops momentarily, turns 90 degrees and on to the next?

You have a couple of options. It can go to way point hover then turn, it can do a sweeping turn or can do a sharp bank. First couple times you do it it's pretty nerve racking anticipating the turn(s).
