Grainy videos

hi I have a few questions about my p4 black edition. I'm new to this
1.I'm using the DJI go app4.0 and using either my Samsung galaxy s7 or my iPad Air 2 but I don't know which one would be better to use.
2.The live video is grainy and pixilie and I don't know if it has to do with the phone or the camera on the drone?
3. On the app how do I save the pictures and videos from my flights straight to my phone or iPad in good quality without using the sd card?
4.on my iPad it won't let me download the original photo or video. I'm using RAW

Had this issue too. The bad part is you can't save high def video to your phone it won't let you it always comes out low quality YOU MUST pull it off the SD card

I wish I could get it off my drone without using the SD card but alas it's the only way to get the high quality footage
