GoPro Soft Focus Problem

Hey guys. Just curious if any of you GoPro users have experienced a soft focus issue with their Hero 3. I have the H3 BLK and the left 1/3 or so is blurry. GoPro agrees there is a problem after viewing sample photos and are going to repair it. Got notification to send it in for repair. Looks like they are sending me an entirely new H3 BLK. Maybe they will be nice & send me a 3+
