GoPro repair

I have a GoPro 3+ Black.

I have been using push fit lenses with it and over a short period of time, the housing ring which sits around the lens (and which push fit lenses fit onto), now comes away with the push fit lens, rather than staying fitted to the camera.

Has anyone repaired anything like this before, or can it be replaced.

I've had that happen before and could never find replacement parts short of purchasing a new lens from rage cams on eBay. I just dealt with it until I scratched my lens and then replaced the whole thing. If it's within warranty, go pro may warrant the whole camera: they did for me once

I have contacted GoPro who want to see a picture of it and say I should be able to send it in to have it glued. WTF. I might as well do that myself

They said something like that for me and ended up RMA instead. See what the reply is.
