Unfortunately that's not possible, only the P2V/P2V+ has an FPV interface that will work on mobile devices.
You will need an FPV system, consisting of a transmitter, receiver and monitor.
If you want to use your iPad, consider a Phantom Vision+, which has a built in camera and wifi link.
Do not try to use the wifi on the Go-pro with a Phantom 1, as it is on the same frequency band as the radio control and you will lose the picture within 30' and could well lose control of the quadcopter as well
